The Bladder Meridian (Urinary Bladder Meridian, or Tai Yang of the Foot) originates from the inner canthus of the eye, travels over the head, down the back along the spine, and splits into two parallel lines running down the back of the legs. It ends at the lateral side of the little toe. The meridian primarily governs the storage and elimination of fluids, and it influences the nervous system, muscles, and overall balance. The Bladder Meridian has 67 acupoints, abbreviated as BL or UB (e.g., BL1, BL67).
