BL 58 Acupuncture Point Location:
On the posterior aspect of the lower leg, behind the external malleolus, 7 cun directly above BL 60, 1 cun inferior and lateral to BL 57.

- Pain and weakness of the lumbar and leg (sciatica)
- Hemorrhoids
