Kidney 10, Abbreviated as KI 10 or KID 10, Transliterated Yingu in Chinese, Yin Valley in English.

KI 10 Acupuncture Point Location:

When the knee is flexed, the point is on the medial side of the popliteal fossa, between the tendons of muscle semitendinosus and semimembranosus.

  • Impotence, hernia, metrorrhagia and metrostaxis
  • Dysuria
  • Pain in the knee and popliteal fossa
